My Daily Musings-March 28th, 2026
Sometimes I think the amount of good in our lives isn’t actually lacking—it’s just unnoticed.
We are surrounded by quiet blessings every day. Small mercies. Gentle reminders that we are seen and loved. But in a world that moves quickly and often feels heavy, it’s easy to overlook them.
I’ve noticed that on the harder days—when my health weighs on me and my body feels like it’s working against me—gratitude doesn’t come as easily. It takes more intention. More effort. And yet, those are the very days I seem to need it most.
Those are the days I cling a little tighter to prayer. The days I reach a little more earnestly for my Heavenly Father. And somehow, in those moments, I can feel it more clearly—that He knows me, that He sees my struggle, and that His love hasn’t left me.
Maybe the good in our lives isn’t measured by how much we have, but by how willing we are to notice it.
What small blessing have you seen today that you might have otherwise missed?
And how might your day change if you intentionally looked for the good, even in the hard moments?

Thank you, Christine, for that beautiful reminder to not overlook seemingly small blessings. It’s such a comfort to know that Jesus is in every one of our blessings.
Yes, it’s the best comfort to know that. Thanks for commenting and for your support!
