The Savior Sees the One

My Daily Musings-June 24th, 2026

I recently listened to a podcast episode of Deseret Voices where Sheri Dew was speaking with the creator and director of The Chosen. He shared something that touched my heart. Jesus often taught large crowds, sometimes thousands of people at once. But when He healed, comforted, and ministered, it was most often one by one.

I love that thought because it reminds me that the Savior sees us individually. He knows our struggles, our fears, our hopes, and exactly what we need in each season of life. We are never just another face in the crowd to Him.

Have you ever felt the Savior’s love in a personal way, as if He was ministering just to you? And is there someone in your life who may need a one-by-one act of kindness or encouragement today?

Jesus is the perfect example of ministering to the one. As we follow His example, we can become more aware of the people around us and remember that every person matters deeply to Him.
