I came across this scripture the other day that I really loved. Psalms 91:11-”For he shall give angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.” I love that idea that we always have help when we need it so we don’t feel alone and so that we can feel more strength than what we have. When I am having a hard day,
When it’s hard for me to in my happy place stay,
When I feel like I am breaking inside and my problems feel too heavy to weigh,
When I feel like my shoulders can’t take anymore and I feel like I might stray.

When it’s hard for me to even get out of bed,
When I’m not sure if I can face what problems for me are ahead,
When my mental weight seems too heavy to balance on my spread,
When I feel like I could use some uplifting spiritual bread.

That’s when I need more help than I can myself find,
That’s when I feel like I just might lose my mind,
That’s when I feel like every day is an emotional grind,
That’s when I feel like I am alone and will always be behind.

That’s when I like to imagine my deceased loved ones are there to help me,
That’s when I can feel strength beyond my own so that I can more clearly see,
That’s when I need help the most that I get on my bended knee,
That’s when I feel like I can go on and that’s when I start to feel free.

So, if ever feel like I do,
If you ever feel alone and blue,
That’s when you can imagine angels by your side to help you,
That’s when your Loving Father above will send help to see you through.
