My Daily Musings-Feb.5th, 2026
Change is a constant part of life. Things around us are always shifting—sometimes in ways we expect, and often in ways we don’t. When change comes without warning or beyond our control, it can bring stress, anxiety, and uncertainty about what lies ahead.
Yet change, even when uncomfortable, is part of our mortal journey. If we allow every unexpected turn to overwhelm us, it can slowly steal our peace and joy. Life may not be predictable, but it is designed to help us grow in faith and trust.
One thing that never changes is the love of our Heavenly Father. His love is steady and sure. He knows each of us personally and has a plan for our lives that is far greater than anything we could create on our own.
When change feels heavy, we can turn to Him. Through prayer and trust in His timing, we can find comfort and peace—even when everything around us seems to be changing.
Here are a couple questions to ask yourself when life is changing: What changes in my life are causing me stress or uncertainty right now? How can I invite Heavenly Father into these changes and trust Him more fully?
